OnePlus is gearing up to introduce the OnePlus Ace 6T
in China later this month, a device expected to debut internationally as the OnePlus
15R. Just days before its formal announcement, newly leaked design renders
have surfaced online, offering an early look at what the brand has in store.
The visuals hint at a design direction closely aligned with the recently
released OnePlus 15.
What makes the leak even more intriguing is speculation that the Ace 6T might
be the first smartphone to feature Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 5
chipset.
Leaked Renders Highlight the OnePlus Ace 6T’s Design
The renders, shared by well-known tipster Evan Blass on X,
showcase a refined and modern look. The device sports a flat-edged frame,
echoing the premium feel seen on the OnePlus 15 series.
The back panel includes a pill-shaped camera island accompanied by an
LED flash.
Up front, the phone features a punch-hole selfie camera with slim bezels
surrounding the display, giving the device a clean and immersive look.
Button placement also seems to be slightly refreshed. The
Ace 6T appears to include a new “Plus” key on the left side, while the power
button and volume controls remain on the right. The renders suggest the
device may come with a dual-camera setup on the rear.
Expected Specifications: What the Leaks Suggest
Past reports and certification listings have hinted at
several key hardware details. A recent Geekbench spotting suggests the
device could arrive with 16GB RAM, paired with the unreleased
Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and Adreno 840 GPU, pushing performance
to new heights.
OnePlus has also teased support for 165fps ultra-high
frame rates, signaling a strong focus on gaming smoothness.
Battery life may also see a significant boost, with rumours pointing to a massive
8,000mAh battery, reportedly paired with 100W fast charging.
The global variant, expected to be marketed as the OnePlus
15R, is scheduled to launch next month in India. Early teasers suggest the
phone will be available in Black and Green color options.
Other leaked specifications include a 6.7-inch OLED display with 1.5K
resolution, a 50MP primary camera, and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.
