Nvidia CEO Questions Managers Discouraging AI: “Are You Insane?” Report Reveals Bold Stance
Huang Questions Anti-AI Workplace Culture
Nvidia’s Founder and CEO, Jensen Huang, has
reportedly taken a strong stance against any internal push to limit the use of
artificial intelligence within the company. According to a recent report, Huang
questioned why any manager at an AI-driven organisation would tell employees to
“use less AI,” calling such a mindset unreasonable—especially for a company
leading the global GPU and AI revolution.
AI Automation at the Core of Nvidia’s Philosophy
During a company-wide meeting covered by Business Insider,
Huang allegedly expressed disbelief that some managers were hesitant about
employees relying heavily on AI tools. He reportedly urged staff to automate
every possible task, reassuring them that doing so wouldn’t reduce their
workload but instead help them focus on higher-value responsibilities.
Industry-Wide Shift Toward AI-First Workplaces
Huang’s comments reflect a growing trend across major tech
companies. The report notes that Microsoft’s Developer Division President Julia
Liuson recently encouraged managers to evaluate employees based on their use of
internal AI tools. Meta’s Chief People Officer also informed workers that AI-driven
impact will be a central performance metric starting in 2026. Similar
expectations are now emerging at Google and Amazon.
Nvidia’s Record Performance and Market Pressure
Huang also addressed Nvidia’s massive Q3 2025 earnings, with
revenue reaching $57 billion, marking a 22% rise from the previous
quarter and 62% growth year-over-year. Despite these results, Nvidia’s stock
has seen dips, which led to questions about the possibility of an AI bubble.
Huang reportedly responded that the company is trapped in a “no-win scenario”—a
weak quarter would be cited as proof of an AI collapse, while a strong one is
seen as feeding the bubble. Even the slightest drop, he suggested, would make
it seem as though “the whole world would’ve fallen apart.”
